When Did Your Heart Go Missing?
location : the computer mood : carefree nails : pink hello lovelies i am now typing lazily on the keyboard. by that i mean that the base of my palms are resting on the table and i am moving my fingers only :D and this is lame. i am talking to you about my fingers! how boring is that? so the class tee supplier called me moments ago. she says she will finalise everything and send it to me by tonight. yayyyyyyyyy. i know i don't sound happy at all that's cos i'm just lazy to reach my short fingers out to press the key. i'm very lazy during the holidays. that's cos my brain has this "holiday mode" and "school mode" switch. right now it's at "holiday mode". so please forgive me if i didn't correct any spelling errors. YOG is getting suck-ier by the minute. there are no preparations made to have any practices and so far we have only learnt some parts of the whole dance. and that's only ONE DANCE! (yay i reached the exclaimation key!!!!!!!!) apparently we have 4 items to perform. and we are only at the first item!!!!!! WTH is this? blahblahblah.... let's see what else is there to talk about..... oh, i baked cookies yesterday :D i'm gonna call them "macadamia nut & white chocolate chip chocolate cookie". wow. that's a really long name. anybody knows how to shorten it? i'm lazy to think, remember???? arigulbariubgfvvvvvvvvvvaeuilqrgtpqougha;lsjbgvuioraeuiogqpuigtnas;dfhiwgilwernhgiohrwei wuilt uqwtiop gpuiegfwi wg iugweuigrugui giweugti ewugtfruioGQFUGilugf liuWEGFTL QGFTUI urgquowriguhjguiftuisadfhgfiluegtuirbEUGLGUILAUGLJVNM,.FDSILHJ fhklefhuaelrhiuegftulaegsblfseukfhleuifagusegluf lausegfakluge luiwegtf laiuegfr ailwe rlauiweAGLHLAUGLUHLGRKLKJHSEUILHguuivsdhuitghjsbhgjkb yay. i think that made up about 3 lines of this post. that would be 3 lines that i won't need to able to think about. oh, and i just realised that i'm wearing my earphones (earpieces?) and i'm not even listening to any music. look how dumb i am. i think i'm gonna go play some music now. gimme one second..... okay, i'm back. and listening to Rooney's "When Did Your Heart Go Missing?". i absolutely love this song. it makes me feel like pretending to be the lead singer and jumping around like i'm performing this song on a stage. "I'm waiting, waiting for nothing/ You're leaving, leaving me hanging/ When did your heart go missing?/ When did your heart go missing?" i didn't copy and paste that, by the way. and i think that they have a new song. i don't remember what's it's called. so i think i'm gonna go find out now. peace :D

school's out, do not scream and shout
location : the computer mood : bored listening : Collide by Howie Day school's out, do not scream and shout. school is over. holidays are starting. and i'm bored cos i have absolutely not much stuff planned for the holidays. i think i wrote a little about what i'm doing during the june holidays in a recent update post. i'm too lazy to type that out. i keep saying that i'm too lazy to type something out. that's because i am really too lazy to type it out; not because i don't want to tell you. i'm bored, bored, bored, bored x100000000. byebyebyebyebyebyebored

i'm 5'3
location : the computer mood : relaxed height : 5'3
yes, like i said in yesterday's post, today's leadership workshop was not that bad after all.
it was kinda fun actually, our facilitator was Adam Khoo himself. we played some games and he actually explains what is the purpose of playing the game after it has finished. he teaches us 5 leadership skills that every leader has. and we find out what kind of element of nature we are when we are doing group work. the 4 elements : earth, air, water & fire. i'm air, apparently. we each had to work with people with the same element. fire had the most people, i think. air only had 6 of us - me, dahlya, andre low, kenneth, shahrul & xiangqian. earth was the worst. they only had 3 people in the group. water was about the same as fire.
apparently, people who have the air element are perfectionists who are very organised & logical. i can understand the logical part, but the organised part? maybe only in school stuff, but if you look at my desk, you'll never believe that i'm a air person. it's now piled up with papers and books, pens and pencils.
*sigh* i'm bored. nothing else to say. i'm just gonna tpye out random things to end this. i slacked with chingching just now at BPP. we ate at macs and went to the library. you must check out this guy called greyson chance. search his name on youtube and watch the video where he performs Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi". it's freaking awesome. his voice is awesome. last day of school tomorrow. i'm sad cos i have nothing to do during the hols. bye~

peace & tranquility
location : opposite you mood : happy listening : Once by Diana Vickers i am in LOVE with this song. it is currently on repeat. it has become my obsession again. i wanna go to britain now and speak with a british accent. so, life at school has been very relaxing recently. the sec 1s have gone for their annual camp. the sec 3s are away overseas for their camp-cum-CIP. the canteen is very very peaceful during recess. and i love the "quietness". i feel as if i am living in a stress-free world now - free from worries. the school has planned activities for us these three days - 24/5 to 26/5. i can't keep wondering whether or not if these activities are planned to "make up" for not bringing us to our annual camp. well, in my opinion, camp is so much better than these courses. so these is what i have been/will be doing during these three days 24/5 (yesterday) sexuality education - 8.30am to 10am break - 10am to 10.30am A-math class - 10.30am to 12pm IPW presentation - 12pm to 1.30pm 25/5 (today) science innovation - 8.30am to 10am break - 10am to 10.30pm science innovation - 10.30pm to 1.30 pm 26/5 (tomorrow) leadership workshop - 8am to 10am break - 10am to 10.30am leadership workshop - 10.30am to 1.30pm i know. it's boring. but i have to admit it is a little fun. no planned lessons. no need to bring any heavy books to school. yesterday's sex talk was kinda fast. i thought we will have to listen to "abstinence" for the whole 1 1/2 hour. but surprisingly, it was not boring. i'm too lazy to explain the whole thing, so i'm gonna move on to the next thing we did yesterday. so after the break, we went to learn some A-maths. we went to the lab and drew shapes on some software. we also learnt how to do a kaleidoscope thingy and the teacher said that mine looked gorgeous. so that's probably the reason i didn't say that the class sucked. then we did our IPW presentations. lazy to elaborate on that too. i'm just gonna say that i think my group had the best presentation cos everything was well prepared and we were the only group that had like, 25 slides. hell, ours was THE BEST. i even typed out a script! i'm so gonna kill my teacher if we didn't get high marks. i spent my whole weekend doing it. notice how much of a nerd i am. so we had the science innovation workshop today. when i looked at the schedule, i was like "what the hell? a whole day of science?" and i was totally hating it. but, surprisingly, it turned out quite okay, nothing like what i expected, which was a whole bunch of notes and colourless powerpoint slides. instead, we were given a kit where you could build your own electrical circuits and stuff, cos we were learning about electricity and energy. basically, all my group did was to play with the kit and make all kinds of weird circuits instead of listening to the instructors. i'm so glad we didn't electrocute ourselves. we had a little competition at the end of the course where each group had to be as innovative as possible and make a circuit that is useful in everyday life. i'm not really sure what the theme was, but the three of us just randomly put stuff together and made an "entertainment machine thingy". there was no name cos they didn't tell us to name it. we also had to make it into a story, like to make a story about how someone uses it. the story's pretty ridiculous, and i'm too lazy to type it all out anyway, so if you really want to know then maybe you could ask me personally or something. wow, i didn't expect this post to be so long. i think tomorrow's gonna be interesting too, so maybe if i feel like posting tomorrow then i could tell you about it bye :D

list of updates
location : the computer mood : undescribeable listening : If I Had You by Adam Lambert hello so i was on the bus just now and i thought that i needed to blog. but i didn't know what to talk about, so i thought about updating you about my life. warning : may contain boring information and randomness. and if you read to the end of this post, which i highly recommend you to cos there might be interesting stuff, i applaud you :D update number 1 : MYE results so....... there were many ups and downs while getting my results. and for some reason, we have not gotten back our history papers yet. anyways, i've decided not to tell you my results here cos, privacy please. but some of the ups are - second in class for english, and first in class for chinese paper 1 :DDD update number 2 : new chinese dance instructor this is not really interesting, but i decided to tell you guys anyway. her name is zhu lao shi, but she does not look like a pig at all. she's actually very skinny and she does not look like a china chinese at all, even though she's from china. it's probably due to her specs, which are really thick and black in colour. her teaching style is very different from every other chinese dance instructor i've even seen before; it's more modern dance-ballet-chinese dance type, i think. she uses some ballet movements, like the modern dance instructor form last year's SYF. i think dance practices will start getting more interesting. update number 3 : june holidays activities so, the june holidays are coming up. what are you guys doing during the holidays? mine is pretty boring. not much stuff planned. might be going to malaysia again, like every year. i have no idea why my father is so in love with malaysia. we go to genting every single year, and i guess you can call me a coward cos i have not yet sat on the roller coaster even though we have started going there when i was 4. now thinking about it, i think it's become kind of a family tradition. but i may not be going, cos the week we are going is the week that the teachers have chosen for dance practices, and like i said above, we have a new instuctor, and i don't want to miss any lessons. and among those days is a day that i told the supplier that i will be collecting the class t-shirts from them. *sigh* things are so messed up. and also due to remedial lessons, which i do not know if we are having any during the holidays, my mom told me to wait for any letters about remedials or classes during the holidays before deciding whether or not i want to go to malaysia. update number 4 : shrek forever after yes, i have watched the movie. in fact, i just came back fromm the cinema an hour ago. the movie was awesome, but that's probably cos i'm a shrek fanatic. yes, i love big, fat, funny and green ogres. and i also love crazy, singing donkeys. and also boot-wearing, big-eyed cats. if you are also a shrek fanatic, you will know that i'm talking about shrek, donkey & puss. they're a hilarious threesome. big ogre + singing donkey + boot-wearing cat = hilarious movie. and sorry shuqi, i know you told me you could go during recess today, but by then i had already told my IPW group that we were doing our final presentation preparations today, but then i forgot that we had a leadership camp briefing and then the briefing was one hour, and when i came out all of my group members had already left, which ended up with me and angeline watching shrek.
update number 5 : sick yes, i'm sick again. i remembered the last time i blogged about me being sick was about one or two months ago. this proves that my metabolism rate is low :(. anyways, i'm having the usual coughing with the flu and blocked nose. the coughing makes my voice even lower than it usually is, and with the blocked nose, i sound like a old donald duck. the phlegm doesn't help either. i hate going to the doctor's cos they always give me pills, which for some reason, i don't know how to swallow. and if i ask them to give me the syrup type instead of the pills, the doctor will say that the syrup type is not strong enough for my body cos i'm not a child anymore.
update number 6 : IPW project i'm so pleased to say that my group is done with everything, meaning every single part. we are only left with handing up the file to my english teacher and the final presentation. hooray for my group! update number 7 : music videos this is also not relevant to any part of my life; i just want to make this list longer :P so, i assume most of you have watched Miley Cyrus's new music video for her song, "Can't Be Tamed"? if you haven't, click here. in my opinion, i think that the video rocked, the song is awesome, the video plot is great, but there is one problem - Miley herself. i think that she's destroying her image of a "good girl", like a young Lindsay Lohan. also, i think that she's trying to look like Adam Lambert, with the wings and heavy make up and other stuff. i don't really like Miley Cyrus after something about her happened; sorry, i really can't remember :P anyway, my point is that, there are more "copy-cats" in the entertainment industry these days and i think these stars should just be themselves, which is why the entertainment industry picked them out to be famous in the first place. wow, i did not expect this post to be so long, but i'm gonna end here. it's getting late, and i will continue next time(yes, it's a long list) btw, i love the picture at the top. it's so cute! bye! :D

The Scarlet Letter
location : the computer mood : neutral drinking : coke hey guys today is e-learning day. which means we get to stay at home and "learn" through the computer. i say "learn" because there really isn't much to learn in the first place. all the examples given are shitty and make no relation to the test given for us to do. and i'm talking about maths. so basically this post is about this new movie that i found out about on youtube. i was looking for trailers to watch when i came upon this movie called "Easy A". the movie stars Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Amanda Bynes and many more such as Cam Gigandet, who was in the first Twilight film as James. so basically, the movie is about a girl named Olive, played by Emma Stone, who became popular after a lie about her losing her virginity gets out. ironically, she is currently studying the book "The Scarlet Letter" and one of her classmates asks her to embroider a red "A" on her wardrobe, like the main character of "The Scarlet Letter". she decides to take advantage of the situation to make herself more popular by taking her classmate's advice. and i loved the movie as soon as i saw the trailer(which i watched at least 10 times!). and i want to read "The Scarlet Letter". i read the summary and i want to read it now. i think i'll go to popular to see if they sell it tomorrow. and i want to watch Easy A!!!!! i went to yahoo to check it's release date in singapore but there was no such movie there :'( hopefully it releases in singapore so i can watch it!!!! i think i'm gonna take a break from the computer now. i've been staring at it since 8am in the morning due to the schedule the school made for us to folow today. which obviously i didn't throughout the day cos of distractions such as this movie. bye!

MYE"S OVER!!!
location : the computer mood : tired drinking : grandma's homemade sugarcane drink hello world it's been a long time since i was here. i'm SO glad that MYE is over. but i'm not looking forward to next tuesday though. cos that's the day when we start getting back our exam papers. i just baked finished some cupcakes. but unfortunately, due to the fact that my phone's camera sucks, and i can't find the camera, i can't take any pictures to show you guys. sad, cos they look to cute to eat! :DDD and i have comfirmed the class tee details! yay! another task accomplished! it'll be in a sky blue colour, dri-fit, and with black and white coloured fonts and stuff on the front, back, and left sleeve. that'll be $17.20, please. my right arm is sore due to mixing and squeezing this morning while making the cupcakes. i love eating cupcakes, but i hate the effort of making them. oh, i just remembered that there's a chinese phrase that describes this feeling....... shit, i can't remember. i usually tend to forget all the stuff that i have revised after exams are over. so can anybody tell me the phrase? i don't feel like typing anymore. i wanna go check my facebook now. bye!~

YOG, werribee & Make It or Break It
location : the computer mood : tired watching : Make It or Break it hello peoples i came back from yishun 2 hours ago, i was at a costume measurement for the YOG parade. and i got new deets about what i'm doing. my teacher told us yesterday that we'll be performing 4 items, 2 for the opening ceromony and the other 2 for the closing ceromony. i have not seen the costume yet :( hopefully it looks nice, can't wait for it to be ready. and i still haven't got any deets about the werribee trip. i'm like praying SO hard every night that the next day someone will inform me that i'm going to werribee, but that day has not arrived yet. yingwen told me that mr tan has already gone to her class to look for her to tell her that she's selected. she said that she heard chingching's and joey's names on the list. hopefully tomorrow's the day! and i've recently been obsessed with the show Make It or Break It. it's this show about four girl gymnasts trying to get into the nationals and to win an olympic medal. they are REALLY flexible, and they kinda makes me feel unflexible whenever i watch it. but it "inspires" me to get more flexible and fit, which is why i stretched a little just now. and the storyline is kinda okay too. i'm now at episode 6, which is kinda slow cos of the exams. and i'm supposed to be studying now. so i'm going to try and study. i need a chemistry expert to tell me what is a base. anyone? bye~
