happy belated chinese new year.

i think the fact i didn't get as much angpows as the previous years, depresses me. erm, this makes me sound like a money-faced person, but its just that the fact that the older you get, the lesser angpows you will recieve :(

so, how did you spend your chinese new year?
well, i went to both my grandmas' houses. got a few angpows. it was pretty boring, considering the fact that i don't talk to my cousins.
its not that i don't talk to them, i think its because we're all too shy. and that has stayed there for the whole 14 years of my life. seriously.
then the second day i went to my nanny's house. got more angpows.
after that we went to my dad's friend house. got more angpows.
then the third day, the last day, which was yesterday, we spent the morning preparing for dinner cos my aunts and uncles were coming.
then after dinner, the children, meaning me and some kids, went down with one of my uncles to the playground and we played those tiny fireworks thingy, you know the one where you pull the string and confetti comes out? yeah, that.
conclusion : this year's CNY sucked.

so, update update update!!!
common test officially starts this friday!
and i'm still wasting my time playing the computer.

and, i got into the SDT audition! yays for me. boo for my mom, who has to pay for the fees.
sorry, mom! its not my fault that your daughter's such an amazing dancer!

p.s. can someone please give me a suggestion of what to do with the empty space in the intro when you first come into my blog? i'm sick of seeing the black empty space. :D
