i guess what is written on top says it all. i watched Despicable Me this afternoon. with Cheryl, Yingwen and Shuqi. we watched it as we wanted to celebrate Cheryl's, Yingwen's and my birthday(all our birthdays are back-to-back, mine's on 8 July, Cheryl's on 9 July and Yingwen's 10 July), and we all thought that the trailer was hilarious, so we watched it. and yes, it was pretty good. the movie kept everyone who was watching laughed every 5 minutes.

Gru's minions were probably the funniest one, followed by Agnes. if you don't know the characters, the minions are the yellow oval-shaped creatures on the movie posters around the world. there are a few that have names and that are mentioned in the movie. i think there's one called Kevin, and another one called Dave. i can't really remember all of their names though. anyways, the three girls are called Margo, Edith and Agnes; Margo is the oldest and Agnes is the youngest. Agnes is the cute little girl that says, "IT'S SO FLUFFY!" and also the one that smacks her cheeks in the trailers. the guy with the long legs and circular-shaped body is Gru, the sort of villain-turned-hero guy in the story. and the orange suit guy is Vector, the bad guy in the movie.

i shan't tell you about the plot though; if you wanna know then go watch it yourself :D

thank you to all the people who wished me a happy birthday! sorry i can't remember all your names or else i would have wrote it down here :D. and thank you Cheryl, Angeline, Shuqi, Glendon, Yingwen and Dahlya for the presents! i think that my chinese dance seniors will also be giving me a present cos they kinda hinted to me that they would be. so seniors, if you are giving me anything, thank you in advance! thank you to all the people who wished me a happy birthday on Facebook; i had a GREAT time typing thank you comments (JK, it's all much appreciated!) :P oh, and before i forget, thank you to my class, 2D'10, and the chinese dancers for singing birthday songs for me! especially to my class who sang it twice! :D

haha, i feel like some kind of actress making a thank you speech while collecting an award.

also, happy birthday Cheryl and Yingwen! you're both 14 now, just like me! :P hope you both like the presents!
